Vacation Rental DescriptionA peaceful, private Lake Michigan setting awaits you and your family at Sunset Beach. Conveniently located yet privately tucked away with miles of sandy beach at your footsteps. Your family will enjoy the Lake Michigan shoreline with its almost white powder sand that is wonderful for sunbathing, swimming in the clear fresh Lake Michigan water, or just letting your toes sink in while you stroll along the Lake Michigan shoreline looking for that special rock, Petosky stone or maybe even a real Indian arrowhead.The 1,2 and 3 and 4 bedroom cottages are all fully self contained. All of the cottages have a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay on Lake Michigan. Most of the cottages have at least one queen size bed. There is a shower in each cottage and 3 of the cottages have a tub as well. The 4 bedroom has 2 baths. We provide pillows and blankets but you need to bring your own sheets and towels. The 4 bedroom and 1 of the 2 bedroom cottages have laundry facilities. Cable or satellite TV is also provided. The 4 bedroom has over 2000 sq.ft. of living area with 2 baths and is located along the park like drive leading to the 4 cottages that overlook the lake. This provides a more private setting while still being only a 300 foot walk to the private Lake Michigan beach. The 1 bedroom cottage can serve as a guest house to the 4 bedroom or be rented seperately. We have 6 cottages in all ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. The two front cottages have a georgous unobstructed view of Lake Michigan with the other 2 having a beautiful lake view as well. All total we have sleeping for 40 people so it is an ideal place for a family reunion or where friends can vacation together.
