Vacation Rental DescriptionDescription: This beautiful community is nestled in the North Georgia mountains of Lake Arrowhead, just one hour north of Atlanta. The property is remote and very quiet, and wooded. Recreation on the property includes:*swimming *fishing *boating *18 hole championship golf course *tennis *hiking *horseback riding *swimming pool *hot tub (in featured home) We feature both Lake and Mountain homes. Several homes are on the lake where you can enjoy relaxing on two large double decks with one of the most magnificent views of the lake. Lake Arrowhead is the largest man made privately owned lake in Georgia. The lake is approximately 540 acres, with a water depth of up to 80 - 100 feet. Fish include bass, bream, and catfish. This beautiful Lake/Mountain community is a private gated community with 24 hr. security. The resort has an 18-hole golf course, country club, swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, laundry facilities, and a restaurant and bar (inquiry about availability). The championship golf course has 5 of the 18 holes along the lakefront and the other holes wander through the North Georgia Mountains for spectacular scenery adding to the enjoyment of the game. Golf is $40 on weekdays and $50 on weekends (includes green fees and cart). Property Amenities: The homes available are 2, 3 and 4 Bedrooms, sleeping 2-10 people. The homes have heat and air conditioning, fireplace, washer/dryer, phone, TV, VCR, Stereo, Gas Grill. All have fully-equipped kitchens, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, microwave, paper products, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels and Hair Dryer/Iron are provided. Some homes have hot tubs (with jets & whirpool), Sony Playstations, Computers. Big screen TV and balconies.
