Vacation Rental DescriptionOur privately owned two story executive villa has been designed and furnished to provide luxurious and spacious living accommodation, the property is situated at Jasmine Point on the Crescent Lakes Development and is approximately 10/15 minutes south of highway 192 on a superb and quiet residential area to the south west of Orlando. The excitement of Disney Worlds Theme Park and the cultural delights of the Epcot centre together with the magic of Universal Studios are a mere 25 minutes away.The villa has 6 double bedrooms and can cater for 12 to 14 people without the feeling of overcrowding, it is ideal for a large family group or two medium size parties. The property is furnished to a high standard throughout. For sun worshippers the property is south facing with a large heated pool and separately heated Jacuzzi both of which are bathed in sunlight throughout the day. The property also has the added advantage of backing onto a conservation area which gives added privacy to the pool area. The Pool and Jacuzzi have recently had electronic valves installed thereby allowing heating direct to the Jacuzzi within minutes. So whether you want to relax in a cool bubbly spa or enjoy an evening soaking in the hot tub. Its all at your fingertips. For golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses throughout the Kissimmee Orlando area, all within a short drive of the property. GENERAL. Fully Centrally Heated and Air Conditioned throughout, Security Alarmed for added safety, We have also equipped the villa with a State-Of-The-Art Home Theatre System comprising of a 57' Projection High Definition TV coupled to a Progressive Scan DVD Player and a Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround System. A combination that gives outstanding results. BEDROOMS. 6 Double size bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds and 3 twin bedded rooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins, bath and large shower. There is also a baby cot in the master bedroom plus two rollaway beds. LIVING AREA. The living area consists of 3 sofas, including a queen sofa bed, coffee table, large 57 inch cable TV with 38 channels, Video, DVD, and Hi FI system. LOUNGE AREA. Includes coffee table, occasional table, and three Sofas. KITCHEN. The kitchen includes Large Fridge Freezer with Ice Maker, Cooker, Dishwasher, Built in Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and a seating area for 10 people. OUTSIDE.
