Sea kayakers' or canoeing paradise with direct access to 3 Rivers and Saco Bay. Great swimming in front of house and fly fishing for bluefish/striped bass. 2 car garage. Private deck in rear and enclosed patio for outside dining in the front. Herb garden. Nearby tennis courts, basketball and public sandy beach. No pets. No smokers. Children welcome but note that house is directly on the water with no fence or barrier. Deposit required.
