Vacation Rental DescriptionBeach Haven is a 2BD, 2BA Gulf-side, 1,056 sq ft condo which is part of the Sunset Cottages Condo development, a small complex of only 19 units, new in 2000 with a pool and a recently improved and landscaped direct access to the beach - no roads to cross to get there. Sugar white beaches and emerald green water are within 100 yards - a quick two minute stroll. Beach Haven is only two miles - a 5 minute drive - from the new Emerald Coast Conference Center and from a 9 hole public golf course. It is only 6 miles from Destin. Beach Haven is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island just south of Ft Walton Beach. Okaloosa Island is a quiet, family-oriented, low density beach area.This third floor (and top floor) unit has two beautifully decorated levels. Escape upstairs to your private master bedroom and bath with a balcony over looking the pool. On the first level is the kitchen/living/dining area, bedroom, full bathroom, washer/dryer and hallway bunk beds. French doors lead to Gulf-side balcony from the living area. Enjoy ocean breezes and partial views of the Gulf from this balcony. For your convenience and enjoyment there is a washer/dryer in the unit, three TVs (the living room TV has a DVD/VCR player and the other 2 TVs have VCRs) as well as an ironing board and iron. The fully furnished kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener, blender & microwave. There is also an assortment of games and videos for all ages. Sleeping accommodations include two Queens, one Queen sleeper sofa and two twin size bunk beds. A baby crib is also available.
