Vacation Rental Description
Géminis del Pacifico is a stunning 3-story villa with a breath-taking Pacific Ocean view. The home is approximately 2,500 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeping 9. There is one king bed, two queen beds, a double bed and a daybed in the den. The common areas include a kitchen, dining area, living area and den with DirecTV. The 3rd floor bedroom has a private entrance and balcony.
When you arrive, you will descend a staircase surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. A 1260 SF completely private sundeck provides a great place to unwind and enjoy the nature that is Costa Rica. You can relax by the pool and watch the colorful birds, 3 species of monkeys, sloths, iguanas, lizards and other exotic wildlife as they pass by. At night you can stargaze during high season and watch spectacular lightning shows over the Pacific during green season.
The house has many amenities. The bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort or you can fall asleep listening to the Pacific Ocean waves hitting the beaches in the distance. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need including: a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, range top, oven, blender, juicer, toaster, coffee maker & grinder, can opener and dishwasher. If you prefer not to cook, we can hire a cook for your group. A computer with Internet access is provided if you need to retrieve your email while you are on vacation. The home is also equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. A free laundry service is also provided at your option.
Daily maid service Monday through Saturday is included and a gardener is employed as well. Our house manager will greet you and is on call 24 hours a day. He also will assist you with arranging your tours if you wish.
Activities in the area include:
Whitewater rafting (II-IV class), deep sea & coastal fishing, island boat tours, national park tours, mountain biking (Beg. – Expert), dolphin watching & snorkeling tours, river canyoning, sunset dinner cruise, sea & coastal kayaking, wave runner safaris, surfing lessons & surfing, horseback riding to waterfalls, bird watching, parasailing and jungle canopy tours. Enough to keep you busy for at least a week!
Once you have made a reservation with us, we will be happy to assist you in planning the details of your travel within Costa Rica. This includes car rentals, domestic airfare, hotels in the San Jose area, or public transportation.
