Vacation Rental DescriptionOur fully-equipped, furnished condo is just steps from the Beach where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine. The condo has two double beds in the bedroom. There is a second 19' TV in the bedroom. The living room/kitchen includes a full pull-out sleeper couch and a comfortable recliner plus a colour TV. The kitchen has a full size fridge and stove, with a kitchen table that seats three to four. The condo has been completely renovated in 2003 with new furnishings, new ceramic flooring, new carpet in bedroom, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, etc. New top quality beds were purchased in May 2004 together with new bed linens.The economical, family-style complex has 20 units and is within walking distance of restaurants and Johns Pass Village. Groceries and sundries are steps away also. Our onsite property manager is there to welcome you. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided, and bath towels may be exchanged on three days each week. There is also an onsite coin laundry. Most of Florida's world-famous tourist attractions are close to this condo. A short 90 minute drive and you can visit Orlando. Tampa is 30 minutes away. The Seabird Sanctuary is even closer. Johns Pass is a five minute drive, where you can book a gambling or charter fishing cruise. Some days, you may just want to relax by the heated pool and use the barbecue.
