BERMUDA BAY BEACH AND RACQUET CLUB CONDO**
in St. Petersburg Florida.
A quiet tropical lush secure gated community on the edge of Boca
Ceiga Bay right on the intercoastal close to Gulf of Mexico`s finest
beaches.




Featuring a Private beach on the bay, 2 heated pools, hottub,
racquetball & lighted tennis courts, volleyball, putting green,
playground, shuffle board, clubhouse with activities.



Immaculate, decorated furnished Ground level (no
stairs!), very quiet, very comfortable condo with 2 bedrooms (a queen size bed in one, 2 twin beds in the other, 2 full bathrooms en suite. Living/dinning area,
queen sofa sleeper, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,
coffee machine, washer/dryer in unit. Ceiling fans, heat, A/C,
telephones for local calls, answering machine, 2TV's/VCR/DVD/Cable, all
utilities included. Also all linen, cutlery and crockery etc. is
included. Family games, videos, books, toys, some sporting equipment.
Private screened patio w/propane BBQ. Over 1123 sq ft. Everything you
need for a perfect vacation! More pictures, including interior shots available by email.


I will reply to your email quickly, sending you the availability of
my condo for the dates you requested, the rates that apply, and a
rental agreement, with a lot of other information. Please let me know
what you decide, or if I can help you find more then one condo in
this complex. I own one unit here, but I know others who also
rent their units out. If you would like to purchase Real Estate, also
please let me know. It's still a great time to purchase a retirement
property that can pay for itself before you retire. Thanks


RATES:

April - Aug $1200/week or $1800/month.

Sept - Dec $1000/week or $1400/month.

Jan - Mar $2700/month.

Any 2 continuous months or longer from April - Dec rate can be
reduced!! Will also rent long term lease. 30 day minimum unless noted. Call for other time periods. $85 cleaning fee. $300
Refundable Security Deposit required to confirm
dates. Check in is
after 3pm on arrival date, and check out is
before 9am on departure
date. 12% tax will be added to short term rent.
Sorry no pets.
