World class golf abounds just minutes away, along with fine shopping and exquisite restaurants. *Dining and sleeping for eight. *Master bedroom has a queen bed with private master bath and 19' cable TV. *The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. *The third bedroom has two twin beds. *Large open rooms, with 25' cable TV in the family room along with a queen sleeper sofa. *Top quality furnishings, that most would be thrilled to have in their own home. *Home is professionally cleaned before your arrival to ensure high standards. *Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. *Laundry room has Maytag washer and dryer. *Fully enclosed patio with heated pool. The patio has upscale furniture which includes four chairs, table, and two chaises. *Two car garage to park your vehicle at night. *Full service management team providing 24-hr guest services during your vacation stay. Guests services is provided by the Florida Royale Management Team. Upon request they will visit the home during your stay and explain the use of appliances or any other items that you find necessary.
