Vacation Rental DescriptionOur townhome is in the Miners Run development, built in July ‘99 and is the ONLY three bedroom Miners Run unit available by owner on the net!Miners Run is a small community of only 39 units located in the Wildernest subdivision above Silverthorne. Considered one of the best developments in Wildernest, Miners Run offers breathtaking views and a secluded location. You will feel miles away yet you are centrally located to the world class skiing and all the year round activities Summit County offers. Our unit backs to National Forest, which makes the eight person hot tub, and the large deck a peaceful and relaxing place to be anytime of the year. In addition to the hot tub and location our unit offers several other amenities. 2000 square feet on three levels provides plenty of room and privacy when needed. Enter on the main level from the front door or the one car garage into the dining room, which seats eight for dinner. Off of the dining room is the living room with gas fireplace, 25” Cable TV/VCR, stereo/CD, sofa sleeper, and a half bath. Also off of the dining room is the fully-equipped, modern kitchen with large breakfast bar that seats four. Upstairs is the master bedroom with cable TV/VCR, the second bedroom, and full-size washer and dryer. The downstairs is the third bedroom and large family room with sofa sleeper, 25” Cable TV/VCR, and large walk out patio. One of the unique design features of our home is the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large private full bath complete with dual sinks. No sharing of bathrooms and showers! Our townhome is within 15 minutes of all four SUMMIT COUNTY SKI RESORTS. The free Summit Stage shuttle stops a block from the front door and will take you anywhere in Summit County. Silverthorne offers a brand new recreation center with a swimming pool and modern exercise equipment. We are happy to arrange discounted lift tickets, ski rental equipment, airport shuttles, or car rentals for our guests. All of our guests have truly loved our place and we are confident you will too! We have given careful consideration to equip our home with everything you will need for your stay. From hair dryers in every bathroom to baby cribs, its all here, bring only your bags and a vacation attitude!
