This island paradise home is located on the north shore of the island
in the resort community of Cayman Kai (also known as Rum Point), which
is a 45 minute drive from the airport. It is situated on a pristine
white sandy beach and boasts magnificent views of the sparkling clear
waters of the Caribbean Sea. A private atmosphere and lagoon like
waters provide perfect swimming. Watersports and restaurants are
within easy walking distance. The Rum Point Club (300 yards away)
offers a dive/watersports shop, restaurant and a beach bar; the
perfect spot for an afternoon cocktail. Designed with entertaining in
mind, the large great room, featuring an A-frame ceiling and glass
doors, captures an open-air feeling and breezes of the Caribbean.
