Vacation Rental Description** Secluded & very private, fully-equipped 1,020 sq. ft. 2 BR, 2 BATH authentic log cabin on a .85 acre wooded lot.** One of the closest cabins to Broken Bow Lake, with plenty of parking for boats and ATVs. ** Very close to Beavers Bend Resort Park. ** Its seclusion away from nearby cabins and roads makes it unique and a perfect getaway place. ** It comfortably sleeps up to 7 adults. ** Just minutes from Beavers Bend, Broken Bow Lake, and Cedar Creek Golf Course. ** It is located East off of Rt. 259 between the Stephens Gap and Carson Creek lake access roads. ** Equipped like home with full-sized appliances including an oven/range, washer/dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee/creamer/sugar, microwave, toaster-oven, and blender. ** Extra chairs are available for the dining room table. ** The cabin features a cathedral ceiling and its living room has a satellite dish with DIRECTV, a Color TV, DVD Player and AM/FM Stereo. ** There is a barbecue grill for outdoor cooking and a fire pit for a campfire and roasting marshmallows. ** The large front deck has a picnic table with plenty of seating and overlooks a meadow where the sights and sounds of nature are sure to delight you. Cancellations prior to 14 days of your arrival date receive full refund of deposit less the $25 service fee. No refund for cancellation within 14 days of your arrival date or for Holiday periods. Deposit Information: 50% deposit at time of reservation booking. If payment is by Personal Check, full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival date. If by credit card, the balance is due 7 days before your arrival date. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly. Additional Information: 2-night minimum stay over the weekends and 3-night minimum stay over holidays.
