Vacation Rental DescriptionDescription: Sleeps up to 8 (2 via a sofa bed)The newly built chalet is situated in the picturesque village of Madjare in the highest mountain on the Balkan peninsula and just 7 miles away from the slopes of Bulgaria's International ski resort Borovets, offering a great variety of ski runs, the longest of which is 5800 m long. The accommodation is fully furnished and comprised as follows: Ground floor: Ski room for equipment, downstairs shower room and toilet, large lounge/dining room with log burning fire, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms comprising of, master bedroom with dual aspect balconies with spectacular views, two further double bedrooms both with 2 single beds in each and access to a balcony, separate toilet, bathroom with shower and further toilet. The chalet is also fully centrally heated. Outside: Patio and BBQ, garden. Allocated parking for one car. Further parking available outside on the road. With flights to Sofia, lift passes and ski equipment hire all being inexpensive, Borovets is the perfect place to Ski. It’s also stunning in the Spring and Summer offering many outdoor activities with mountain treks and horse riding, extreme sports, and mountain biking. There are wonderful lakes and many cultural and historical places of interest to visit ensuring there is plenty of interest for the whole family. The Rila National Park will be of particular interest to nature lovers and those that love the outdoor life. With clean fresh air, serene centuries old pine forests, green meadows sprinkled with fragrant flowers and herbs, blue lakes and majestic snow-capped peaks, it is simply stunning. Allocated parking, with additional parking at the front of the chalet. There is a stunning meandering river within a one-minute walk of the chalet, which can be seen from the balconies. There are also superb views of the valley. Extra bed linen is provided. Towels are also provided. ***PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING*** Cheap flights now available all year round from EasyJet, link: https://www.easyjet.com/EN/News/cheapflights_expansion_bulgaria_seven_new_routes_e.html - I can also arrange airport pick up and return, and inexpensive ski packages to include lift passes, lessons, and all required equipment. Daily lift to and from slopes also available at low cost by arrangement. Reservation Policy: Contact owner to make a reservation by email or telephone. Payment Policy: Deposit payable of 30% when booking. Balance payable 3 months before travel unless travel date less than 3 months. Cancellation Policy: Deposit non refundable. Provisional bookings will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. Damages Policy: There is a £100 returnable deposit to cover any damages, which should be paid when the holiday balance is paid. This sum will be returned within 14 days of your return if there is no damage reported.
