Vacation Rental DescriptionWelcome to our brand new home, located in the prestigious community of Orange Tree. The villa was built in 2007 and completed construction at the end of April.We have only the best in fixtures, fittings and furnishings and offer superior, spacious luxury accommodation for up to 10 people. There is a well equipped kitchen with breakfast area (Nook), a formal dining area, two living areas (with colour TV’s and DVD players), 4 large bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. There are 2 master suites – each with their own bath/shower rooms, colour cable TV and private access to the pool and deck area. With 2 further bedrooms – both with colour TV’s, and the finest décor. We have a Disney themed room so that the kids can enjoy themselves whether they are at a park or relaxing at the villa. Our villa also has its own private, fully screened, south facing pool with sunken tub and extended decking – for sunshine all day long, (the pool has been fitted with a child proof safety fence). We also have a games room, with pool, air hockey and table tennis. Plus a huge choice of board games, DVD’s and books. The villa also has WIFI (Internet) & Ipod connectivity. Orange Tree is located along the 27, just off the 192. Disney is just a 10 minute drive and Universal approximately 25 minutes. There is a 24/7 Walmart just 2 miles down the road with a huge array of fast food outlets, restaurants, post office, petrol station, medical drop in centre, etc. Clermont is just a 20 minute drive and Lake Louisa National Park just 10 minutes. Free baby package – cot, highchair, stroller, monitor, gates. Fully air conditioned villa. Towels and linen provided. Price includes all taxes. Pool heat available. Whether you are visiting Disney, playing Golf or just here to get a tan, our villa is the best choice you could possibly make.
