The living area has a 42' HDTV and opens to an ocean view patio with a spa, gas barbeque and teak patio furniture. The two spacious bedrooms offer a California King bed, a full bed, and a bunk bed. In the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. We also have a nice raised queen size inflatable bed. This property was recently remodeled with new windows, doors, hardware, cape cod moldings/baseboard, new window coverings, carpeting, travertine floors, paint, granite countertops, appliances along with new furnishings.Beach Road is located between the San Clemente Pier and the Dana Point Harbor in a one of a kind Southern California Beach Front Community with views and privacy unparalleled in Southern California. The homes allow you to step out on to your own private beach with additional miles of public beach for daily activities and exercise. Here, you can experience Southern California coastal living at its finest. The sun, surf and abundant Southern California vacation activities can’t be matched.
