Lazy Bones Villa is a single level 2,000 sq. ft. house w/4 bedrooms + crib and 3 bathrooms, and is available for short term or long term rentals, even Florida snowbird rentals. It has a US king-size bed in the master bedroom w/ensuite bathroom equipped with safety bars in the step-in shower and toilet room. Double vanities and garden tub complete the ensuite bath. Inside the master bedroom closet is a hotel-style floor safe. The other three bedrooms consist of a Mickey Mouse themed twin bedroom, a Princess themed twin bedroom, and a queen bedroom w/US queen-size bed and separate bathroom that opens onto the pool deck. The third bathroom is located between the twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own cable TV and there is a 60' HDTV in the family room as well as a computer with FREE HSI. Lazy Bones is ideally situated for enjoying central Florida. It is a short 10 to 20 minute drive to Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom & DisneyQuest Theme Parks; Universal Studios & Universal Studios Isands of Adventure; Sea World; Discovery Cove; and too many other attractions to list.
