This is a beautiful 2bdrm/2bath condo located at the bottom of Beaver Creek Resort in the town of Avon. There is a private patio off the living room with a gas grill. Cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy one of the fabulous local restaurants. The wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy and warm as you relax after a long day.

This unit will sleep up to 6 people. There is a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are tile floors in the kitchen and dining area and hard wood floors in the living room and hallways.

The unit is just a short distance from the new Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch Chair lift and across the river from the FREE shuttle to Beaver Creek Resort. The Free Avon shuttle, which also services Beaver Creek, is approximately 100 yards from your door. Shopping, theaters, restaurants and the Avon Recreation Center are all within 5 minutes of this residence. Being in the town of Avon, just 10 minutes from Vail and 7 minutes from Edwards make this the perfect place to stay while on vacation.
