The Beach of Hollywood Florida

Hollywood Beach, on Florida's southeastern coast between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, puts you in a great location to enjoy the shops, restaurants, museums, and night spots of not only Hollywood, but also Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the Keys. Hollywood is famous for its beautiful, palm-lined beaches and has been awarded The Blue Wave Award. It is noted as one of the best 10 action beaches in Florida. It is experiencing a Renaissance and has become a prime location for redevelopment activity. If you're longing for lazy days of sunning and swimming, entertainment on the beach day and night, a beautiful location, a great city, and convenience, this beach is for you.

The Broadwalk

The resort is located right on the beach and the famous 3.5 mile broadwalk. This broadwalk is the only one like it in Florida. That is what makes Hollywood unique. The broadwalk follows the beach and is great for biking, shopping, and outdoor cafes. Every kind of activity is available. There is also an outside theater that has weekly shows and concerts right on the beach. There is no vehicular traffic to get in the way between you and the beach. There are plenty of activities to enjoy on the broadwalk without having to drive.

The City and Surrounding Areas

The City of Hollywood has a great downtown. Visit the city's official website for a complete list of monthly activites on the broadwalk. The Everglades are right there where you can take a ride in a swamp buggy or an airboat. You can take a day to drive down to Key Largo and take a boatride through the floating Mangrove forest and swim with the dolphins. Visit the Ann Kolbe Park or the Bird Sanctuary. Go deep sea fishing! It is all there.

The Condo

This Hollywood Beach Tower Condo offers a beautiful view of the ocean, and because it faces due East, you witness magnificnet sunrises. The condo is spacious with a king-sized bed in the super huge bedroom, a sleep sofa in the living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms. It is air-conditioned. It sleeps 4 very comfortably. The livingroom and dining area are combined with the dining table situated in front of the picture window. There are two tvs with cable. The kitchen has a refridgerator, microwave and stove, all utensils and dinnerware. Towels and linens are supplied, and there is daily maid service. The resort has a workout room, game room, lobby, outdoor pool and raised deck, a hot tub, and laundry facilites. There is an elevator. Parking is extremely convenient. You can park in front of the main doors or in the attached garage.


The staff is very friendly and curteous. Hollywood beach offers all the amenities of a resort, just on a smaller scale. Get out and experience what the area has to offer! By renting through the owner, you save on the rental, taxes and fees. This is a great family resort, as there are an abundance of activities for older kids on the broadwalk . My favorite thing to do is to eat dinner on the beach, listen to live music, and then take the five minute walk on the beach back to my condo.

Location

Another great aspect is it is only ten minutes from Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale airport, a short drive to the Keys, the Everglades and Port Everglades.
