MAUI OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM... DELUXE ONE BEDROOM... TOP CORNER APARTMENT!

This is a one bedroom, deluxe, oceanfront, top floor, corner, central air-conditioned apartment. No Smoking allowed. Most Kaanapali small studios without air conditioning and only partial oceanviews rent for more.

This is the best side of the building since it does not look into the Condo directly to the south of the Maui Kai on the other side of the building. Instead there is an unobstructed north view down the beach from the side window.

The building is just a few feet from the Pacific Ocean. There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops, an island, Italian tiled floors. and a dropped ceiling with indirect lighting. The bedroom features a King-Size bed, large closet, bedside tables, and dresser. The bathroom features Italian tile and a corian counter top. New 50 inch LCD TV not shown in photos.

The views are dramatic with the islands of Molokai and Lanai directly in front, there is a sensation of actually being on the ocean, a feeling of being on top of the world as you watch the whales breach and the rainbows and the sunsets. Views of the snorkeling reef are directly below.

Many guests say this is the best view on Maui. It truly is spectacular!
