Vacation Rental DescriptionOur two story four bedroom, three bathroom Santa Cruz beach home comfortably sleeps ten and is just 1 ½ blocks from the sandy beaches at 20th Avenue or Sunny Cove Beach on 17th Avenue.Ideal for two families or a group of friends, the house lends itself to entertaining. The oversized dining room table is perfect for group dinners and there are tables and chairs for outdoor dining on the large deck off the living room. The rental rate is $2,600 per week. A $500 security deposit is required to reserve your week and payment of the rent is due 60 days in advance of your stay. Check in is at 4:00 on Saturday and check out is noon the next Saturday. There is no smoking and pets are not allowed.
