Located on southern end of Madeira Beach, right on John's Pass, this three bedroom, two bath, penthouse condo features walk-in closets, a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, and a large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

This 1500+ square foot unit also has cable TV, a washer and dryer, and maid service available. With five queen-size beds, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Pets are NOT allowed.

World Famous John's Pass fishing village is located directly across Gulf Blvd. This is where the movie 'Summer Rental' with John Candy was filmed.

Fishing (charter or shore), Boating (rental or launch your own), jetskiing, gambling ships, restaurants, night clubs, shopping, grocery stores, and John's Pass Boardwalk are located nearby, just across Gulf Blvd. Tampa Airport is 30 miles away with shuttle, taxi, and limo service available. Season #2-December 16, 2007 thru January 31, 2008-$1275.00 Per Week
Season #3- February 1, 2008 thru April 30, 2008- $1600.00 Per Week.
Season #4- May 1, 2008 thru August 31, 2008- $1275.00 Per Week.
Chrismas, New Years & Spring Break weeks- $200 extra per week.
$200 Security Deposit Required. Sat to Sat Only! Shorter stays only if there is an opening in our calendar! All Rentals subject to 12% tax + $110 Cleaning/Linen Fee. Rates based on 6 people. Extra persons $60.00 per week.
