Vacation Rental DescriptionWelcome to our spacious Florida executive vacation home. Our superbly designer furnished home has all the facilities and amenities to guarantee that your holiday/vacation is both relaxed and enjoyable. Situated in one of the most prestigious gated communities of The Abbey at WestHaven on the CR54 just 10 minutes away from the Magic of Walt Disney World. The thrills and excitement of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure together with the more relaxing and educational Sea World is within easy reach via Interstate 4 away.Orlando Airport is only 25 minutes away and Sanford Airport is fifty minutes away. A vast array of restaurants can be found on the US192 just 10 minutes away , supermarkets & takeaways are just a couple of minutes away at Champions Gate. With the help of an interior designer we have made this home a wonderful place and we are sure this will be appreciated by all our guests seeking that ideal location for a vacation of a lifetime. Designer furniture, occasional tables, lamps, quality bedding and floral decorations all add to the beauty of our home. It is fully air conditioned and with the luxury of ceiling fans in every room. Our luxury home has five bedrooms and five an a half bathrooms (no more queuing!!), large games room, private heated pool and spa, comfortably sleeping up to 12 people and is ideal for families and friends traveling together wanting the comforts of home. There are five spacious bedrooms, all with walk in closets, nightstands, lamps, Cable TVs/DVD, Hairdryers, Radio alarms and Ceiling fans…… 1st Master King size bed (6ft bed) with your own direct access to pool, with en-suite featuring large separate walk in shower, large corner tub and two vanity units with his n her sinks. 2nd Master Queen size bed (5ft bed), beautifully decorated and situated over the one side of the house with en-suite featuring bath and shower over. 3rd bedroom with Queen size bed (5ft bed), beautifully decorated and located next to one of the further two family bathrooms with vanity units, his n her sinks and bath with shower over. 4th bedroom with twin beds and decorated with children in mind and lots of soft toys. 5th bedroom with twin beds and includes a PlayStation with games and controllers and this is next to the final family bathroom …..finally the loft den area comes with a sleeper sofa Situated on a premium lot and backing onto a conservation lake start your day by watching the fantastic sunrise over the lush conservation/wetlands area and natural lake, the sun slowly emerging over the horizon, the mist lifting and the many variety of birds flying away for the day. Grab breakfast and a coffee before watching the hot air balloons rising in the distance for their early morning flights. After a hectic day at the parks or on the golf course come back and relax in one of our comfy lounger’s or reclining chairs on the huge extended pool deck or covered lanai, take a refreshing swim in our private fully screened 28ft pool or alternatively just sit and rest in the 7 person bubbling spa/Jacuzzi. Of an evening when the younger children are in bed you have a massive choice of entertainment……………… challenge someone to a game of billiards on our full size 8ft slate bed billiard/pool table – who will emerge the champion? After the billiards will it be a game of table tennis / ping pong, electronic darts or maybe foosball the choice is yours……. Or, perhaps you want to relax and watch one of the many DVD’s or watch Cable TV in the family room or any of the five bedrooms……… Or, can we persuade you to go back into the pool for a night time swim, our colored underwater lighting system can be set to 10 different colors or you can even have a disco effect………. Or, perhaps you just want to relax on one of the lounger’s with a drink in your hand watching and listening to the sounds of the conservation area. There are two family areas, on the ground floor large family area with access onto the pool deck, a 32” TV, DVD player and DVD library for the whole family and enjoys lovely views over pool area and then the conservation lake beyond. There is a separate loft den with fantastic panoramic views of the conservation lake – use the binoculars provided to see how many species of bird and wildlife you can see. Finally stay in contact with family and friends using the PC with free high speed wireless internet access – alternatively bring your own laptop and connect to our wireless Internet. Other amenities we have added for your comfort and enjoyment include: Play Station 2 with controllers & games PC with Wireless Internet Access CD player's with selection of music DVD player's with library of DVD’s for the whole family Books, games, puzzles and Disney toys. For our younger guests provided free of charge - highchair, stroller, baby monitor, 2 travel cribs Hairdryers in all bedrooms Pool toys Luxurious padded pool furniture for 12 people with tables Spacious fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, ice maker, toaster, waste disposal, dishwasher, hob, oven, flatware, silverware and pots and pans. All linens, towels & pool towels provided Large Washing machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Vacuum cleaner BBQ available to hire from Management Company For your peace of mind, all doors to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms. We handle all of our bookings personally and our home is fully registered and licensed for short term rental so if you have any questions just ask. Our management company is available 24 hours a day if you need help or assistance. The swimming pool was well used, especially by the Grandchildren. We found the villa clean and Comfortable, extremely well provided with all aids to comfort and for the enjoyment for the holiday of a Lifetime. Finding hard to describe just how wonderful a time we have had here. The villa is gorgeous and we have enjoyed a wonderful sunrise. The kid's haven't been out of the pool and the grown up's have made the most of the Jacuzzi.... Thank you for allowing us to use your villa ...your home made it special. Between us, this is our 2nd-6th visit to Florida, and this is the loveliest place we've stopped at. The sunrise is spectacular, quite breathe taking. Well what can we say! For our first time to Florida it was a superb holiday. It started by firstly seeing your villa, your photos did not do it justice as the villa is a fantastic home. We will definitely hire it again..... We love this house! It is so open and airy & so much room. We have all enjoyed it here and love the view from the pool we are now planning two trips next year..... I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to use your place!
