Vacation Rental DescriptionWith FREE hi-speed internet access, FREE local calls, FREE cot and high chair hire CABLE TV in ALL bedrooms,,Summerplace Villa is a 4 bed 2.5 bathroom home occupying a south- facing site on the upcoming resort development of High Grove, a gated Mediterranean style resort with clubhouse and communal pool.The community is situated 6 miles, or 10 minutes by car from Disney's Magic Kingdom at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a mile and there is a brand new Super Wal- Mart within 1/4 mile. There are also many golf and fishing venues within a few miles. With approximately 160 houses High Grove is small enough to retain a lovely community feel, yet big enough to offer the facilities you would expect from a first class resort Summerplace Villa overlooks the community commons, not another pool screen! The south-facing 26ft x14ft pool, is a great place to chill out after an action-packed day, with, pool games, sunloungers, tables, umbrella, 6 dining chairs, and gas BBQ provided. The pool bathroom with WC and washbasin is accessed direct from the deck area. If you would rather eat inside, there is a formal dining area and fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge-freezer with ice-making facilities dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A separate laundry room with full size washer and drier means no need to take washing home! Alternatively, you may prefer simply to relax in our Family Room. Here you will find 3 and 2 seater sofas (converts into a Queen size bed) and love seat, 27 inch satellite, TV, DVD/CD player, board games and DVDs....or unwind by playing pool, foosball or electronic darts in our GAMES ROOM! All bedrooms are situated on the upper floor; those who want an early night or sleep-in need not be disturbed by the more active! Master Bed 1 has a King size (6ft) bed, walk-in closet, hair drier, 19-inch TV with satellite connection and en-suite with oval bath, separate shower cubicle, separate WC and his and hers washbasins. Master Bed 2 has a Queen size bed, 13 inch TV, built in wardrobe, hair drier and direct access to the family bathroom with bath/ shower WC and washbasin. There are two twin bedrooms, both with clock/radios and built-in wardrobes. Our location and amenities make SUMMERPLACE VILLA THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR YOUR ORLANDO VACATION!
