Vacation Rental DescriptionVilla Serena is a three bedroom, three bathroom luxury villa with private heated swimming pool. It is situated two kilometres from the old town of Albufeira and one kilometre from the new Marina with its restaurants and shopping facilities.This beautiful modern 'art deco' style property offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight people. Accommodation consists of one king size bedroom and two single bedrooms with large beds. The three bathrooms are all en-suite and there is a guest cloakroom. The sitting room is tastefully decorated and there is an audio tape player, CD, radio and television with satellite, cable and video player. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa faces towards the east and therefore offers early morning sunbathing. The pool is heated for those cooler evenings or late holidays. The terraces to the front offer views to the valley and ocean beyond. There is a large barbecue area to the side of the pool with gardens and a garage for private parking. The villa has central heating for winter months. Towels and linen are provided although clients are asked to bring their own towels for the beach. There is also a safe. The beautiful beaches of Gale and Sao Rafael are within an easy twenty five minute walk or ten minutes by car.
