Vacation Rental Description

This fabulous estate is perched atop the highest hill in Gold Beach, with unsurpassed and unobstructed panoramic views of the mouth of the Rogue River and the Pacific Ocean beyond. The house boasts over 5000 square feet of interior luxury and another 1000 feet of decks from which to enjoy the fabulous scenery.

The kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight, and is fully-equipped with modern, high-end appliances, cable TV and a separate eating area. There is also a Weber gas barbecue for casual meals and get-togethers. The living room has another cable TV, and is separated from the kitchen by a terrific fireplace and beautiful wet bar. There are hardwood floors and built-in speakers that provide stereo music throughout the main floor. The exclusive Master Suite, with cable TV, is set apart by itself on the ground floor. The Master Bath has dual sinks, a large jacuzzi-type oval tub, with terrific views of the Rogue, and separate shower. There is a large deck off the Master Bedroom, with stairs leading directly to the eight to ten person hot-tub. The remaining guest bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with queen size beds.

Other amenities include air conditioning; an extra refrigerator and separate freezer, a fully equipped laundry room with cable TV; a two-car garage; extensive parking, and telephones. Hilltop House is a non-smoking, pet-friendly vacation retreat.
