There are 12 foot vaulted tray ceilings throughout. This three bedroom, two bath includes a two car garage. This home was newly built November 2005. It is newly furnished with $35,000 of 'Tommy Bahama' styled furniture. The master has a king size bed, walk in closets, a garden tub and views to the water. The second and third bedrooms have two twins, along with their own private bath. Although this home has it's own pool with a totally screened backyard, there is a large heated community pool, lighted tennis and basketball courts, sand volley ball courts and a fitness center to use. This home is full of new Florida tile, new carpeting , a lovely kitchen with corian, all new appliances etc. There is a laundry area with washer and dryer.
