Completely renovated for 2005, Las Palmas is located on the northern half of Anna Maria Island in the quiet residential area of Holmes Beach. No streets to cross, just take a short stroll past 2 houses to reach the pristine beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This enchanting 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation paradise has beautiful hardwood floors, is ultra-clean and nicely decorated with a tropical theme. Newly furnished with all the comforts of home for a stress-free, relaxing holiday.

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this vacation villa will accommodate up to 8 people. It has 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. The 3 bedrooms and living room each have satellite TV with CD/DVD/VCR combos. The villa has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, garbage disposal, blender, cookware, dishes, wine glassess and utensils for 8. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, a large deck with Tiki Hut, new patio set and gas BBQ grill. Beach chairs, beach towels and toys are provided and we have an outdoor shower to wash off the sand.

Watch the dolphins and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Have a relaxing dinner at the Tiki Hut on the deck or take a walk up the beach to one of our many wonderful restaurants. There is a free trolley that runs the length of the island so you don’t even need to use your car to get around. We have everything many other places have…gourmet and fast food restaurants, shopping, grocery and drug stores, banks, library, but without the crowded beaches since there are no high rises.
