Life is good in Canterbury Estates, one of Lake Havasu City's new, exclusive developments - the perfect family, couples, or group getaway for the ultimate lake vacation. This luxury home is less than a year old, and features more than 2,500 square feet of living space. With a den/futon that opts as a fourth bedroom, it will sleep eight in comfort.

A large yard, game room with high-speed internet access and PSII, top of the line appliances and kitchen implements, central AC, oversized ceilings and indirect lighting, and a dramatic and spacious interior design, this home represents the ultimate in luxury vacation living, at a sensible rate.

This boat-friendly home is set up for lake fun, and features a brand new pool and Jacuzzi - great for those off-lake days, and star-watching at night. It has an upscale entertainment system (TV-DVD-Surround), and we are currently remodeling with new, contempoary, upscale furnishings and art.
