The villa is situated in the tranquil and quiet area of the nice hills of Sabina , where small hilltop medieval villages and old monasteries and abbeys are situated. The villa is on hilltop with stunning view, surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. Around the v illa there is a large garden with brq, wood oven, table tennis, table football and garden furniture. The villa is ten minutes walk from a nice town where you can find everything you may need: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, weekly markets, shops, etc. Villagiocosa is very large, it is on two floors with terrace and balcony with a stunning view.
