Vacation Rental DescriptionThe house:A recently restored house centrally located in El Vedado neighbourhood in Havana, which is very close to many sights of interest. The house is highly comfortable, clean, and safe. The address of the house is 1405 13th Street, between 26th and 28th streets, Vedado, Havana. Modern hotels, currency exchange houses (CADECA) and different services for tourists are nearby. There you can rent a car, book an excursion, change your money, or buy any other service you need. The Historic Centre of Havana is 8 minutes far by car and 25 minutes on foot. The room: A spacious 25 square-meter (16 X 16 feet) room. It has one double bed, air conditioning, private bath, hot and cold water, phone, TV, video, radio, and CD-player. The room is upgraded to tourist standards and includes access to a back yard where you can refresh, enjoying cold fruit juices, and Cuban cocktails. The change of towels is daily and sheets every two days. A similar second room is available for rent if needed. I am sure it will fit your needs and expectations, and you will enjoy my hospitality with a really warm, peaceful, and private atmosphere for relaxing after visiting Havana’s sights and attractions. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served on request. Laundry service is also available.
