Vacation Rental DescriptionWelcome to our family owned Mediterranean style villa decorated and furnished to a high standard for your comfort and enjoyment. Located in the heart of Orlando and on Disney’s doorstep. It is a large (over 2000 sq ft) two storey, detached, fully air conditioned, executive property in which eight people can easily be accommodated.Our home, which was built in October 2004, is located on the small-gated community of High Grove, which offers a communal clubhouse and swimming pool. We personally chose our furnishings and complimentary items with the view of what would we like and need while we were renting a property for a holiday and we are sure you will not be disappointed with our choices if you choose to stay in our villa. 1 Kingsize suite + en-suite 1 Queensize suite + en-suite 2 Twin rooms (both with PS2s) Private screened pool Games room (Pool table, table tennis and more) Satelite t.v. in all bedrooms D.V.D. players Linen,towels and hairdryers provided Fully equipped modern kitchen Fully equipped utility room Alarmed FREE use of safe FREE use of highchair,crib,and 2 strollers Management company within 5 minutes FREE International,national and local phonecalls Gated community Super 24 hour Walmart less than half a mile away On the ground floor you have the living area which is fully carpeted with a 27 inch T.V. complete with sixty satellite channels (including Disney) and if you can’t find something to watch we have provided a D.V.D. player for your enjoyment. You have a choice of two comfortable sofas to sit on as well as an armchair and two rocking chairs (unless someone has taken them onto the porch or pool area for a relaxing drink in the evening). You also have a separate dining area which seats six but can be extended for more. Then you have the kitchen area complete with breakfast bar, which has a large cooker, hob, large microwave, large fridge freezer with icemaker, a full complement of crockery, cutlery as well as everything else a modern kitchen boasts, and when you have finished your meal there is the waste disposal and dishwasher to give you extra time by the pool. Next to the kitchen you have the utility room, which consists of a top load washing machine, top load tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and hoover plus shelving space – but remember you are on holiday. This then leads through to the garage, half of which we have converted into a games area which has a full size pool table, table tennis converter, 12 in 1 games system including pool, table football, and hockey for the children, darts and all the equipment you need for playing. This is also where we keep all the toys and inflatables for the pool area. The Last room on the ground floor is the cloakroom, which has a washbasin and toilet plus a door that leads you to the pool. The pool area is fully screened to let the sun in but keep the insects out . The pool itself is square in shape (26ft x13ft) and has underwater lighting for your evening swim; the decking area around the pool is block paved and has ample patio furniture including tables, chairs, and sunloungers as well as lighting for your relaxing evenings. As we have said you can enter the pool area via the cloakroom but you can also enter it via the living area patio doors, both ways are alarmed for the safety of your children. You then move on to the first floor where you have a large landing area from which you can enter the four bedrooms and shared bathroom. The first bedroom is the master which has luxury carpet fitted throughout and has a king size (6 ft wide) bed with bedside cabinets and lamps on either side. There is also a large bedroom unit with mirror that provides lots of storage space as well as housing the T.V that receives satellite channels, there is also a clock/radio for those early morning wake up calls for the parks. Then for the exclusive use of the master bedroom we have the en-suite bathroom, which has a Roman bath, walk-in shower, his and her (Jack and Jill) washbasins and a separate toilet. Next to the Master we have the second double bedroom, which comes with a queen size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and a clock radio, a large bedroom unit with mirror plus T.V. with satellite channels, a large wardrobe and a direct door to the shared bathroom which has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The other two rooms are furnished as twin rooms and have two single beds in each, bedside lamps, clock radios, ample storage space as well as a T.V. and a Playstation 2 (that can be used to play D.V.D.s) in each. General information: We will also be providing for people with babies and young children a cot/crib (linen provided), a highchair, a fold up buggy, and a stroller, which we are pleased to provide free of charge. All linen and towels are provided free of charge. Hairdryers are provided free of charge as well as a telephone that gives you free local calls (for those takeaways) and with use of a credit/phone card you can make long distance phone calls and receive incoming calls as well. Brinks alarm system Free use of safe Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but is permitted on the patio area (ash trays provided). There is also a 24-hour super Wal-Mart supermarket located less than half a mile from the villa. Location: Your villa is located on the new resort of High Grove which is situated where highway 27 meets highway 192.High Grove is a small gated community with a large community swimming pool and a clubhouse. You are approximately 6 miles/10 minutes from Disney World, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney water parks, plus Downtown Disney for daytime fun and nightlife, and are close to all the other major attractions Orlando has to offer . The villa is ideally located for Highway 192, which offers 15 miles of shops, retail outlets, supermarkets, garages, excellent restaurants, fast-food outlets, bars, shows, crazy golf, go-karts, water parks, and helicopter rides.
