Vacation Rental Description

Come and enjoy our lovely 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with its
spectacular views of the 4th green on the award winning championship
golf course-Southern Dunes.

We have our own south facing,
unoverlooked private pool (heated if required). The pool is fully
screened,with plenty of deck and sunloungers to catch a few rays and
top up the tan.The large deck comes in useful if that florida
sunshine gets just a little too hot to handle!!

You can take a stroll to the Southern Dunes Club House Resturant or eat at one of the many
great restaurants, Fish tales,Craker Barrel choose a dvd from blockbuster .
A bank is also to hand.
All are 5/10min walking distance, at the Gates of Southern
Dunes.

Disney is just a 20min drive, as are most of the major theme's, The
well renowned 'Old Town' is about 22mins away, with all of its bars
and restaurants and some of the latest most thrilling rides.
Downtown disney is great if you fancy some dancing/clubbing. A day
at any of the beautiful beaches start with a journey of just about 1
hour. International drive with all of its attractions and shopping
malls is about 20 to 40mins away.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher,cooker,
fridge/freezer ice maker and microwave,a large washing machine and
tumble dryer.The master bedroom, has a King size (7ft) bed, TV and
cable, with en-suite.
There are two further bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.The sofa in
the lounge also pulls out to a double bed. The villa is fully
air conditioned.

Southern Dunes
boasts 3 communal swimming pools as well as a gym,
restaurant,clubhouse, fishing/boating lake
and a children's play park - and of course GOLF!!. In fact - Just
about everything you need for your dream holiday.
