Vacation Rental DescriptionOur lovely air conditioned villa, built in the spring of 1999, is a true home-from-home, situated at Clear Creek in the Woodridge residential area, 15 minutes drive from Disney.This web page attempts to describe our delightful villa, but in fact does little justice to it. The pictures do not fully convey the beautiful colour of the furnishings, the feeling of space, the 'WOW!' each time you enter. A perfect base from which to visit all the attractions of Disney, Wet & Wild, Sea World, Gatorland...the list goes on...the shopping malls, super restaurants, some themed with shows, in fact there is something for everyone. Or if you prefer it, our villa is ideal for the truly relaxing holiday, enjoying the pool, taking life easy in Florida's warm climate. The lounge has plenty of space, fully carpeted with comfortable settees, cable TV, CD player/radio. There is a central ceiling fan to assist the air movement if desired. A sliding glass door gives access to the screened patio and pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a large cooker, hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer with automatic ice maker, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit, toaster and coffee maker. The dining end of the kitchen faces east and so gets the early morning sun for a bright and cheerful breakfast. The wall-mounted telephone is situated in this area. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board, which also has the internal entrance to the double garage. The master bedroom has a 6ft king-size bed, dressing table with large mirror and drawers, cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan and a dressing room with shelves. The en-suite has 2 vanity basins, storage cupboards, toilet, large shower, electric sockets and hair dryer. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, fully carpeted and supplied with plenty of linen and towels (including some towels for pool use) The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, making it another attractive room. The third bedroom will accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed, single bunk bed over and separate single bed. The total sleeping accommodation in the three bedrooms is for 8 people. The second bathroom is situated between the second and third bedrooms. It has a vanity unit, toilet and a bath with shower over. The attractive, spacious patio and pool area is fully screened to keep insects at bay whilst allowing you to top up your tan. It overlooks an environmental area with trees, vegetation and the evening sunset. Part of the patio is covered, but there is still ample space to the sun all day. The pool and patio can be illuminated at night and pool heating is also an option.
