The larger than average accommodation features 1459 square feet of comfortable living space. Briefly, it comprises of a large lounge with a separate dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with access to the double garage. The lounge has a sliding glass door opening onto the large covered patio area and sparkling 26 foot pool. The rear aspect of the property is not overlooked and has very scenic views onto the 6th hole of the Southern Dunes Golf Course. The property is well equipped with TV's, cable TV, DVD players, Microsoft XBOX and games, pool toys, board games and books. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FULL DESCRIPTION: The spacious 24ft lounge area features deep pile carpet, a vaulted cathedral ceiling, two feature windows and two comfortable couches. A 32 inch TV with over 70 cable channels, a DVD player, XBOX game station and a VCR player are available for guests to use. The Dinning area is seperated from the lounge and features a full length table with seating for 6-8 people. There is also a smaller breakfast area with table and chairs. Double sliding patio doors lead onto the oversized pool deck area directly from the lounge. The fully fitted open plan kitchen has all the modern day conveniences you will need on your well earned break. From the dishwasher to the microwave oven, standard hob and oven and a large 'American sized' refrigerator with ice maker. There is also a waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and an english tea pot! A separate cupboard houses the washing machine and dryer units. The kitchen and dining areas are tiled in a Mediterranean tile design. ----------------------------------------------------------- The Master bedroom features a large feature Queen bed with orthapaedic mattress, a dresser, 25 inch remote TV with cable and DVD player, alarm clock and views onto the pool area. The spacious linked en-suite bathroom has a double shower unit with a seating area, an over-sized walk-in storage and clothes cupboard, a single vanity unit, toilet and tiled flooring. The carpeted front and mid bedrooms feature twin beds, remote control TV's, alarm clocks, dressing tables and large inbuilt wardrobes. The bedrooms are separated by a shared bathroom which has a combination bath/shower, toilet and vanity unit. The sparkling pool at the rear of the property has a 26 foot length and 12 foot width. It is surrounded by a very large non-slip and covered pool 'deck' area. The 'lanai' or undercover porch has a table, chairs and sun loungers for your enjoyment and there are pool toys available for the children. The pool can be heated during the winter months if it is required. There are no other Villas overlooking the rear of the property and you will enjoy uninterrupted views of the 6th hole of the golf course. You also have an electrically operated double garage for your use and the property is surrounded my manicured gardens to the front and back.
