Vacation Rental DescriptionLovely 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom semi villa in a beautiful small private estate of just two dozen properties.With open views to the sea and golf course the estate is perfectly located for those who want to be close to the action but not on top of it! For counry lovers the estate is directly opposite the famous Pera March, a haven for bird life. For families it's the perfect place for all ages. Enjoy the two pools, tennisc ourt, gardens, play areas, table tennis etc or just laze on your own private sun terrace. If you like the beach it is just a 5 minute drive (less than 2kms walk around the marsh) - golf is even closer (Salgados) - and if you like a little nighlife from time to time just head into Albufeira, a 15 minute drive from the villa. From September to May it is a particular favourite with couples and during the winter months especially for those who like to travel south for anything from 4 weeks to 6 months! We can offer rates for longer term winter guests. The villa itself has lounge, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), luxury modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a holiay or lnger stay - most guests describe Casa Palmeira as a real 'home from home'. The villa also has a sat tv, cd player, games, books and even a telephone, ideal for those who need to take a laptop wherever they go.
