Vacation Rental DescriptionThe Villa has Seven large beautifully furnished bedrooms and five luxury bathrooms. It has two separate air-conditioning / central heating systems and is incredibly spacious, over 3,800 square feet of living accommodation. It is ideal for large families, multiple families or groups of friends.It is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, towels and linens, nursery equipment in the form of crib /cot and a children's high-chair is also provided. The property has three Master Suites each of which are provided with remote control colour televisions. Master bedrooms 1 and 2 each have U.S.. King sized beds (equivalent to UK. Super King) Master bedroom 3 has a U.S.. Queen sized bed (equivalent to UK. King size). The en-suite to Master Suite 1 has a walk in closet, his and hers' vanity units, large shower cubicle and a marble Roman style tub. Master Suites 2-3 also enjoy en-suite facilities with W.C. baths and showers. A big advantage is that Master Suite 3 is situated on the ground floor. Making it Ideal for disabled access if a member of your party has difficulty with stairs. Bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 each have twin beds and all but one have direct access to the additional bathrooms. We have also supplied two sofa beds in the main living area to provide even more sleeping capacity. The kitchen is fully fitted to a superior standard with every conceivable extra including microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen area is the Nook, a sunny breakfast area which overlooks the extended patio and swimming pool. There is also a separate utility room which has a washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing board. The main living area is a magnificent family room which is lavishly furnished and carpeted. It comes complete with Cable television, VCR, DVD and surround-sound stereo system with CD player. There is a separate large lounge and formal dinning room, ideal for those family dinners. We also have a games room complete with Television, X-box, games and Darts board. One of the outstanding features is the beautiful 30 ft x 15 ft heated pool with underwater lighting. Next to the pool is the Jacuzzi Spa. The area is further enhanced by an extended decking area all of which is covered by a mesh enclosure which provides full protection against insects, without stopping your sun tan! Patio furniture includes table, parasol, chairs and sun loungers. Beach towels are provided as are inflatable toys for the kids to use.
