Vacation Rental DescriptionOur 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom VillaThe 4 Bed Villa is located at Indian Creek in Kissimmee, less than 4 miles from Disney World. Just off Highway 192 at Splendid China. Situated on a lakeside development, this executive home has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards. Brand new Executive Home, completed in March 2004 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully air conditioned,Alarm and safe for your security. 2 double (en-suite), 2 twin single with a shared bathroom. Private Screened Pool and Jacuzzi with Gas Heating available. Sleeps up to 10 people in comfort. Children's play area and jogging path within the area. A large fully tiled living area with 27' cable TV, CD & DVD player. A selection of films, books, games and children's lego available. Comfortable furniture for relaxing after the days activities. French doors open onto pool area which also has a safety fence. A ceiling Fan is installed for your comfort. There is a dining area in the kitchen for breakfast and snacks and also a separate formal dining area with seating for those special meals The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (ice maker), dishwasher and all crockery and utensils. Full Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available in the garage. The villa has 2 double bedrooms with TV and en-suite facilities, 2 twin single bedrooms with a shared third bathroom making it ideal for up to two families to share. (All bed linen and towels are provided). All bedrooms have T.Vs and ceiling fans for your comfort. For younger guests the house is equipped with a cot, high chair and buggy (all available at no extra cost). French doors lead out onto the fully screened lanai and patio with luxury furniture, large pool and jacuzzi (heatable if required by Gas). Pool toys available for your use.
