Vacation Rental DescriptionOur beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with private pool is ideally located on the prestigious and peacefully Hampton Lakes Estate. The perfect location to see all that Orlando has to offer.Our villa is very spacious, almost 16000sq ft, luxuriously furnished and fully eqquipped to a high standard, air conditioned and has it's own screened and heated, (optional), 13ft x 26ft pool. Within the grounds of Hampton Lakes there is basketball, sand volleyball and tennis courts, communal pool and two childrens play areas, all available for you to use free of charge. Hampton Lakes is located on the US27, just minutes from the 192 highway where you will find an array of shops, supermarkets, restaurant and nightlife. The villa consists of the following: Master Bedroom ~ Double bed with walkin closet, cable TV and en-suite bathroom with access to the pool area. Second Bedroom ~ Double bed. Third Bedroom ~ Two twin beds. Dining Area ~ Foraml seating area for upto 6 people. Living Area ~ Quiet relaxing seating area with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Family Area ~ Cable TV, DVD/CD Player with two sofas. Access to pool area. Kitchen ~ Fully equipped with all you need to create a perfect meal, Cooker, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Fridge/Freezer, Waste Disposal Unit and Dishwasher. Breakfast Nook ~ Seating area for upto 4 people. Laundry Area ~ Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Double Garage. Pool Area ~ Fully screened with large sundeck, furnished with table and chairs, sunloungers and BBQ. Also can be screened off for guests with young children. Baby/Child Facilities ~ Travel Crib, Highchair, Bed Guard, Microwave Bottle Steralizer, Stroller and a selection of Toys and Books. All Bed Linen and Towels are provided. For safety, all doors leading to the pool area area alarmed, we do ask all guest with young children to keep these on at all times. Also we ask that the special screen is secured when young children are out on the sundeck unsupervised. The prices quoted below are per week for the villa, with upto 8 people + infant (under 2 yrs) staying. A security deposit of £150.00/$200.00 is also required, this will be returned to you within 28 days of your departure as long as there is no damage to the property. Once your booking has been confirm we will send you our information pack which contain info on all attractions, shops, restaurants, things to do way from theme parks, golf courses, maps, holiday planner and much more. Below is a brief description in the main theme parks, (just to give you a taste of what fun you will have). ATTRACTION INFORMATION WALT DISNEY WORLD Magic Kingdom The world renowned theme park. It has 7 different lands. meet Mickey Mouse and all your favourite Disney characters. Contains over 50 rides and attractions. Save time to watch Main Street Parade, this must not be missed. Epcot Center take a whistle-stop tour of the 11 different countries in the World Showcase or take a trip on one of the many futuristic rides. There is a spectacular laser and fireworks display to end the day. MGM Studios the smallest of Disney's 4 theme parks combines the fun and excitement of thrilling attractions with fascinating behind the scenes tours showing how films and cartoons are made. the younger kids will love Playhouse Disney - Live on stage. Make sure you don't miss Fantasmic! Animal Kingdom Disney's newest theme park, includes such memorable places as DinoLand USA, Camp Micky and Minnie, Africa and Asia. You will experience high adventure on an authentic African safari, have close encounters with ferocious dinosaurs, wonderful warm moments with disney characters, (you will also find Stanley here), and theaters brimming with colourful entertainment. Disney Quest An indoor interactive adventure located in Downtown Disney. Explore five floors of virtual fun with over 250 attractions, rides and games that can only be experienced at disney Quest. Pleasure Island Disney's evening entertainment island, with 7 nightclubs featuring all tastes from rock'n'Roll to Country and Western. Typhoon Lagoon Dive into an exotic, tropical paradise where families can escape to high waves of excitement and cool relaxing fun. Climb to the top of Mt. Mayday or body surf in a 2.75 million gallon wave pool. Feeling brave? why not swim with real sharks!! Blizzard Beach Features icy slaloms and bobsled runs on 90ft Mt Gushmoor. The parks ski jump is the worlds tallest at 120ft and the fastest, you will free fall up to 60mph on your backside. Downtown Disney Full of entertainment, food, shops and fun for all ages. the area is divided into West Side, Pleasure Island and the Marketplace. OTHER ATTRACTIONS Universal Studios The largest film and TV studio outside of Hollywood. Home to many famous rides based on films such as, Men in Black, Terminator, Twister, ET, Jaws, Back to the Future and many more. Don't miss the Blues Brothers Live Show and of course the new Shrek 4D. Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. You begin at the Port of entry and it takes you through 5 uniquely themed islands feeaturing some of Orlandos best rides. All of the big rides are a must. Universal Studios City Walk This 30 acre complex surronds you with a dazzling array of restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, state of the art cinemas and live entertainment venues inspired by popular cultures most legendary innovators and originators. SeaWorld The worlds largest marine life theme park. This is a definate must not miss. See the killer whale, dolpin and sea lion shows, walk thru a glass tunnel with sharks swimming around you. Take a ride on Kraken or Journey of to Atlantis.
