Vacation Rental DescriptionLocation! Location! Location!This custom built villa is brand new and is located at one of the most sought after locations at The Sanctuary at West Haven. Located in a superb gated community of high quality homes and set in beautifully landscaped communal areas. Go through the impressive Champions Gate and you will know you are going to somewhere special. At the head of a cul de sac and not overlooked you will soon realise you have found an executive villa in an exclusive area. As for the theme parks, well they are just a stones throw away - Disney 10 minutes, Sea World 15 minutes, Universal 20 minutes. The Villa itself is like a model home! All our furnishings,window dressings and art are upgraded and of the highest of quality. We wanted somewhere where we would be proud to live in ourselves and we have done exactly that! Soon as you walk in you will know what this villa has in store - it will take your breath away! The large living room with its double vaulted cathedral ceiling is a showpiece!! Consisting of two comfy double sofas, you can watch the latest in TV viewing. A massive 57' widescreen multi channel cable TV with HDTV and DVD!! (you have to see the the quality of this picture to believe it! A seperate dining room area with a fabulous wrought iron glass table seats six people. This really is a magnificent setting and if that is not enough, there is also a second lounge area with a further two double sofas for extra privacy. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools is everything you will ever need and will cater for all your needs. adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook with table and four chairs. Two bedrooms downstairs both tastefully decorated and with ample closet space are seperated by the downstairs bathroom. There is one Queen bed leads straight onto the swimming pool, via patio door and a further twin room. Relax after that hard day at the theme park or a day off from the theme park in your very own 28 x 15 foot heated (optional) swimming pool - complimented by fabulous luxury upholstered patio furniture. If the sun gets too much , our undercover lanai complete with fan will cool you off. To finish off downstairs the garage has been converted into a games room - complete with an 8 foot Eliminator pool table and a super sized Table tennis table. This is fabulous for both the kids and adults!!! Upstairs has a sky lounge either for the kids to play with Playstation 2 or for you to relax and watch TV as the rest of the family are hogging the massive TV downstairs!! There are two further twin bedded rooms upstairs both with TV and seperated by a further bedroom which finish off this model like home I have left the best to last! The master bedroom with its King sized bed is another showpiece. The patio doors lead onto your very own balcony - it really is a delight. Wake up in the morning to the sun streaming through the shades - if there is a better feeling I want to know (answers on a postcard please!!) The private luxury ensuite has bath, shower (don't get lost in there!) and his n her sinks and closets.
