There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. This brand new apartment is located just a 6 minute walk from the beach front, and also from local bars, restaurants and clubs. It is situated close to bus stops with regular service into the centre of Torrevieja and Supermarkets and a large hypermarket are just a 15 minute walk away. This apartment is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 30 minutes from Murcia airport or 30 minutes from Alicante The apartment is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 5 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it. Accommodation consists of: Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe and Patio Doors that lead out to the Balcony. The Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and wardrobe/chest of drawers unit. Furnished to the highest quality. Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.. The kitchen comes equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a three steater settee, Spanish dresser which houses the TV. UK channels are available. Own Balcony with table and 4 chairs and has stunning views. Very Large Communal Pool to the rear of this apartment. Smoking is not allowed in this apartment but is allowed on the Balcony. There is also a Roof Sun Terrace with stunning views. Close by and well within Ten minutes walk, you will find a Large Supermarket. And Five minutes drive you will find a commercial centre where you can find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Wednesdays - again within 15 minutes stroll of the apartment, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. The location of this apartment is perfect for a great family holiday. At the rear of the apartment is a large communal swimming pool and children's paddling pools and within a 15 minute drive you have the choice of four golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca. Just 15 minutes drive are Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf Courses.
