Vacation Rental DescriptionIf you are searching for a perfect vacation in Central Florida, our villa offers it all!It is on the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club which is situated just off Highway 27. This is an ideal location for golfing holidays or visiting Disney and the other major attractions of Florida. Disney World is under 25 minutes away by car. The Gulf coast beaches are within easy reach. Southern Dunes golf course was opened in 1993 and is rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. It is listed in the 'Top 100 Modern Golf Courses to Play in America' and the 'Top 35 Public Golf Courses' by Golf Week magazine, and in the 'Top 10 Golf Courses Built in the Last 10 Years' by Links magazine. The March 2004 edition of Golf Week ranks it Number 6 in Florida for 'America's Best Courses you can Play'. The course is over 7200 yards long and has a pro golf shop and impressive clubhouse . Their golf carts are programmed to show the distance from your ball to the green! Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a prestigious gated community with excellent amenities available to all residents including communal swimming pools, tennis courts, children's play area, fishing lake and the clubhouse with restaurant and bar. Within 10 minutes walking distance there are shops, restaurants, fast food outlets, banks, gas (petrol) station, pharmacy, a Blockbuster video rental shop and a 24 hour Walmart superstore. Our spacious villa sleeps up to 10 and is well appointed having a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The lounge has a sofa, a sofa bed, cable TV, CD player, video player and 2 dining areas. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV, walk in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with extra large shower, WC and vanity unit. There are 3 additional bedrooms each with 2 single beds and the main bathroom which has a bath with shower, WC and vanity unit. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. In the garage there is a table tennis table.Tennis racquets, a highchair and stroller are provided free of charge. Our screened swimming pool is reached by patio doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. It has wonderful views over the 17th fairway. There is an extended pool area with poolside furniture, and pool and patio lights for late night swimming. Pool heating is available at an additional cost.
