Vacation Rental DescriptionThis is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike and only 5 minutes from A37 motorway. Framed by mountains and set amongst the orange & lemon groves of Los Montesinos the scent from the blossoms fills the air. There ia a communal pool approx 30 yards from the apartment, with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all within 15 minute drive. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. Opposite is La Finca Golf Course and 3 Championship Golf Courses are within a 15 minutes drive from this property, making it the ideal location for a golfing holiday. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive which are open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.This Villa is ideally situated for golfers who want to get the best out of a holiday. Opposite the entrance to the new La Finca golf course and only 15 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 25 minutes from Murcia airport or 30 minutes from Alicante. The villa is in a quiet location. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it. Accommodation consists of: Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and wardrobe with a small chest of drawers. Furnished to the highest quality. Bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. In the main area of the villa you will find spacious dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a settee, TV with UK channels, CD/ Cassette player. Quality furniture is used throughout. Also has Air Conditioning. Sun Terrace with Table and chairs and the Communal Pool is approx 30 yards from the apartment. The apartment is only five minutes stroll from the Almoradi Tennis Club & Restaurant and five minutes drive from Algorfa, Almoradi and Los Montesinos where you will find a varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Torrevieja itself is just 10 minutes drive away, with Guardamar and Ciudad Quesada even nearer..
