Our Florida home is in Sunset Lakes which is an upmarket, quiet, gated community so is safe and secure and within minutes of Disney, Universal Studios and masses of shopping. It has two stunning fishing lakes and paddleboats, Gazebo, communal pool, Cabana and a Children’s play area.

This is a perfect family villa for visiting Disney World, Orlando and the rest of Florida.

South facing, screened, large heated pool and Spa with fountain and underwater lighting overlooking Conservation area. Pool area has a large lanai/covered porch. Pool furniture and inflatables


All bed linen and towels and pool towels are provided. The villa is
fully licenced, meets all fire and safety regulations and is fully
air-conditioned and centrally heated. Florida Law prohibits barbeques in the pool area.

Pets are not allowed and for the comfort of other users of the
property, smoking within the villa is not allowed.
