'Rent this beautiful two bedroom two bath and you will reside in one of Sarasota's beautiful golf course communities. Includes use of Club House, tennis courts, pool and Golf Pro Shop. Golf Privileges come cheap. The home offers approx 1,600 square feet with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan that makes it seem large. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and has a breakfast bar that provides extra seating for the dining area. A seperate utility room houses the washer and dryer, and leads to a two car garage. Sliding glass doors form the back of the house and lead out to the screened lanai from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Walk in closets and seperate baths make this two bedroom home cozy. There are four TV'S, including one in each bedroom. The home is furnished with lovely leather furniture and all appliances including washer/dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and diswasher. Entertain at the Golf Courses Clubhouse Restaurant, or enjoy the beautiful Country Club Pool. This home would be a comfortable place to live until you have built or purchased your new home, or just winter out of the cold northern weather. This is a NON Smoking home. No one or their visitors should be a smoker.
