Vacation Rental DescriptionOur Lake Havasu Beauty has TWO master suites, each with connected full baths. This home has over 1500 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, and has a split floor plan for privacy. In the spacious living room there is a queen size sofa bed for expanded occupancy. This home sleeps 6-8 people, and comes fully-equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as bed & bath linens. There is plenty of seating space in the dining room area, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar. In the large living room, there is also an entertainment center complete with TV/VCR, Satellite cable, and local cable access. A local access telephone is provided, along with alarm clocks and radios. There is a large covered patio area with outdoor seating up to eight people for outdoor dining. Also, there is a propane BBQ for your enjoyment. Our home is located within the north side of town, and is less than 5 minutes to the Windsor Beach launch ramp, the Nautical Inn, the London Bridge, and downtown shopping. Ample RV / Boat Parking, with room for guest parking both on and off the street. This is a beautiful home and is known as one of the best places to stay while in Havasu.
