Our vacation home is situated on a beautifully decorated premium conservation lot with a South facing private pool and hot spa with extended pool deck for your pleasure sunbathing and relaxing. Our Luxurious 4 BEDROOM /3 BATH vacation home in the BRAND-NEW Terra Verde Resort has a large South-facing private pool and hot spa on an extended pooldeck and ideal Conservation view lot for more privacy. Two master suites (one king-size bed master suite, one queen-size bed junior master suite) and two twin bedrooms (two rooms with two twin beds). Our king master suite has a sliding door which leads directly to the private pool which is a nice feature to supervise children in the pool or to go for a quick splash! Our Terra Verde Vacation home has a BIG Screen 45' TV, four extra TVs with cable, two DVD/VCR/MP3/CD Players, five VCRs, personal computer with High-Speed DSL internet, Playstation 2 system, and so much more. Our home is a No smoking and No pets home. The King master suite has a king-size bed and a 27' inch cable TV with VCR/DVD/CD/MP3 player. It has its own private en-suite bathroom and its own sliding door directly to the pool so that you could oversee anyone in the pool area from the comforts of our king-size bed. The junior master suite has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom (utility room has been converted to an en-suite bathroom) and a 25' inch cable TV with VCR. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds and they share a full-size bathroom. Both twin bedrooms have 19' inch cable TV with VCR. We have a brand-new crib and high-chair for the little one. Our living room has a large sofa along with two swivel rocker chairs. The family room has a BIG Screen 45' TV with DVD/VCR/CD/MP3 combo player, a Playstation 2 system, a queen sleeper sofa along with a love seat. In addition, we have a personal computer for your entire Internet and email access so that you could still keep in touch with everyone while you are on your vacation! The dining room has table and chairs seating six and the nook area has a table with four chairs. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, such as microwave oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, four slice toaster, blender, electric can opener, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and utensils etc. Private Pool & Hot Spa Area : Our south-facing private pool and hot spa is on an extended deck facing ideal Conservation View for privacy. There is a complete patio set with umbrella shade and 2 lounge chairs for your relaxation. There is also a BBQ Grill. All bed and bath linens are provided. There is a full-size washer, dryer and vacuum cleaner. Also, an iron, ironing board and two hairdryers have been provided. Our villa is a No Pets and No Smoking home. One of the best things about this community is that it is close to Disney yet it is perfectly secluded for a private retreat. Its location is very central to stores (24 hour Super Wal-Mart, which is one mile away and has everything from groceries to toiletries and anything else you forgot to pack!), shopping, restaurants and a myriad of activities and entertainment. If you enjoy a game of golf or other activities just ask the concierge desk and they will set up everything for you. While vacationing, you can be rest assured that if you need any additional information or assistance, you can call our management company toll-free 24 hours of the day. Our professional and friendly Management company is very close by and they are available 24 hours of the day for any matters. While vacationing, you can feel assured that they will provide any assistance or help that is needed and they are only a simple phone call away.
