Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful villa set in a rural area near the town of Póvoa do Varzim and the Atlantic beaches. Surrounded by green fields and pine woods, this stone house was renovated and a swimming pool was built. With spring, in the pool area feel the fragrance and color of the red roses. The interior is comfortable and is tastefully decorated.
Excellent access from the IC1 and N206. Within a short drive golf course in Estela – Póvoa de Varzim and beautiful beaches.

Ground floor

Living / dining room with a table for 8 people. Comfortable seating, 1 sofa, fireplace, TV, Stereo system. Door leading onto covered porch, pool and garden. Rustic and restored fully fitted kitchen with small breakfast table.
Master double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Windows overlooking the swimming pool and garden.

Upper floor

The upstairs leads to two beautiful twin bedrooms and shower room. Views to the fields and pine trees.
