Vacation Rental DescriptionThis three-bedroom/one-bath home (sleeps six to eight persons) is ideally located within walking distance of the beach and the world-renowned golf of Ilbarritz(South of Biarritz).The house offers 85m2 of living space. And there's a 20m2 terrace with a barbecue and small garden. This is most certainly the most beautifull and complete area of France.You'll discover a great variety of landscapes,12 Golfs,villages,cullinary experiences... wonderfull for beach lovers as you'll enjoy many different ones.From the area of the Landes ,through the Basque area on to Spain you'll go to a lot of them that are totaly wild. That's one of the reason this area is so beautifull.It hasn't been over built.We got the experience from what has been done in the French riviera and other touristic area in the world. You'll enjoy great restaurants,bars and shopping,but the sight seeing and nature has been preserved,so you can choose exactly and day by day your type of vacation... It's also a true paradise for golfers;you'll be walking distance to the breath taking golf of Ilbarritz in between hills and overlooking the ocean.This golf also happens to be a European trainning center with all you'll need to practice and an American teacher,ex pro,who chose to definitly live in this region for all it has to offer. The home is situated south of Biarritz, in a private hamlet which is like a park -- with century-old oak trees and pink laurel. . . it's truly a small paradise. It's conveniently located just a two-hour drive from Bordeaux and Toulouse. Spain is just 20 miles away! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to inquire.
