Vacation Rental DescriptionLos Naranjos de Marbella is ideally located in Nueva Andalucia, in the heart of the Golf Valley, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Blanca mountains, in the most sought after western part of Costa del Sol, in Andalusia, Southern Spain.This perfect location combines the tranquillity of a residential area together with the excitement of international life and nightlife. The glamorous Puerto Banus marina where the rich and famous moor their yachts is only 1,5 km-1mile far and Marbella sandy beaches are 3 km-2 miles far, whereas Malaga and Gibraltar airports are about 50 minutes drive. This elegant resort is within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, international restaurants, sport centres, beaches and nightlife. Taxis and busses are available and although a car is not really necessary, it is recommended if you want to discover Andalusia to the full and to enjoy some of Costa del Sol countless attractions. ACCOMMODATION Los Naranjos de Marbella is built in a typical Andalusian village style, no higher than 3 floors apartment units and townhouses surrounded by lovely tropical gardens ornamented with small squares and fountains thus ensuring privacy and nice views. The apartment was delivered in June 2004. The spacious first floor apartment (127 M2) has a large living-dining room with chimney opening onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. There is high speed ADSL internet with wireless routeur. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, 21 satellite TV and en-suite bathroom whereas the twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with tub and shower. There is a mattress in a drawer under one bed for the 5th person. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electrical plates and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. There is an adjacent laundry room. 28 satellite TV with home cinema in the living room, board games, books. The terracotta terrace has table, chairs and BBQ. Top quality fittings such as marble floor, double glazing, air conditioning, heating, outdoor car park, 24H security service. The sleeping capacity is 4 adults + baby. Sorry but pets are not admitted. Although it is a self-catering apartment, cleaning service can be supplied. AMENITIES Lovely tropical gardens, 4 swimming pools, community house with restaurant, bar, internet cafe, mini supermarket, tennis and paddle tennis courts, multipurpose court for soccer and basketball, activities and sport academies for children in summer (upon availability), car park. Coming soon : supermarket and shopping centre on site. Puerto Banus and Nueva Andalucia city centres are about 20 minutes walk, offering a wide choice of shops, supermarkets, video rentals, banks, restaurants, pubs.
