Vacation Rental DescriptionVilla Largo at Indian Creek....Location, Location, Location - less than 4 miles to the magic of the Disney attractions, adjacent to Splendid China and less than 1 mile to the Formosa Gardens shopping area on highway 192. This close proximity lets you get there effortlessly for opening time, and allows you to nip home at lunch-time for a quick dip in the pool - a welcome respite. There is easy access to the I4 freeway for the thrills of Universal (about 20 minutes), and quick get away to the gulf beaches just over an hour away. Orlando (McCoy International) Airport is 30 mins, Sanford 45 mins and Tampa one hour. Indian Creek is a subdivision increasing in popularity. Villa Largo is located in the now complete, penultimate phase V, on Pomo Drive, adjacent to the recreation area with football pitch, basketball court and tot lot (children's playground). Elsewhere on the development there is a putting green, jogging circuit and tennis courts. Quality, Quality, Quality - more Hyatt Regency than Travel Inn, 2157 sq ft of fully air conditioned comfort. Four bathrooms all with showers mean that you can be refreshed and up and away to the parks without the early morning bathroom queues! The villa has ceramic tile upgrades in the foyer, dining room, kitchen & nook and all bathhrooms, and is carpeted elsewhere. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, coffemaker and all utensils you are likely to need and would expect in an American home. There is an informal dining nook - ideal for the kids - and a more formal dining area if you want a night in, and change from the endless dining opportunities close by. The greatroom has a media centre with Cable TV, DVD and HiFi. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with adjacent bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, twin basin vanity unit, wc and walk in closet. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobe, access to the pool area and an ensuite bathroom with vanity unit, wc and bath with shower. The third bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe and has an adjacent bathroom with wc, vanity unit and bath with shower. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are twins, each having built in wardrobes and aharing a bathroom with wc, vanity unit and bath with shower. Screened lanai with patio furniture offers shade, and the pool has a raised spa. There is a separate utility room with full size washing machine and dryer, ironing table and so on. All rooms have TVs and the kid's room has Sony playstation. There is a local management company to make sure the villa is kept ship shape, bristol fashion...
